States and Divisions' Youth Meeting held

On 1st June, 2011, representatives of youth wing from different States and Divisions met at the headquarters of the National League for Democracy. About 37 representatives from 11 States and Divisions attended the meeting chaired by Vice Chairman U Tin Oo and mastered by Ko Htay Ngwe from the youth wing. They discussed about sham amnesty order issued by the President and release of all political prisoners, potential arms conflict in ethnic areas, network building among young people and security measures for country tour of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi.
